Kitchen Vignette

2025 Conestoga College · Interior Decorating

For this blog post project, I was responsible for conceptualizing, styling, and photographing a kitchen vignette that reflects both beauty and function. Materials included wooden cutting boards, a white candle jar, a small plant, a book, olive oil in a glass jar, and patterned pumpkins with jute fabric — chosen for their mix of textures and aesthetics. Techniques applied include layering to add depth, the rule of thirds for placement, and negative space to prevent visual clutter. This vignette shows how small touches can turn everyday spaces into something serene and pleasing.
